Employee Center AI search result does not display requests first

Hi All,

 

I would like the requests to display first when using ai search in the employee center but no matter what I try it keeps defaulting to display the knowledge base articles first. Has anyone else come across this and knows how to change this functionality?

 

I have tried changing the order of the facets and navigation tab in the search application configuration so that the requests display first (changed the order so requests come before KBs) but this hasn't worked. I ended up adding a filter and an extra sorting option as a workaround for the time being to make it easier.

 

Any advice would be great appreciated.
