So for some reason our users are doing a search on our homepage using the OOTB Homepage search widget, but when they click on any results that are suggested in the dropdown, if they click on them, they are taken to the backend self service catalog item, rather than the ESC catalog page.
Also in some cases the search results for knowledge articles in that same dropdown find content on the ServiceNow webpage, rather than just our internal knowledge base?
Anyone have any ideas why that would be the case?
As a side note - if they put in a search term, ignore the suggestions and click search (or press enter) they are take to the "Search" page and any results they click on from there take them to the ESC pages.

What did you do to get the issue fixed, uploaded the script included file?
