Employee service portal

I want to add new topics in ESC portal, I was added the new child topic(Request something) in taxonomy(Taxonomy>>Employee>>under the child topic), but It's not reflected on ESC portal, also I have added content in request something child topic , Can anyone please help me?

Hi @ashutoshman 

Have you tried logging out and logging back in, or impersonating another user (ITIL)? If not, try that.
If it's not working, then try one more step which's been provided int he below community post ('Sync Hierarchy').
