Empty Users are coming from Azure AD to ServiceNow, how to stop it?

Hey Everyone, 

We are using Azure AD to create groups and users and push these groups and users into ServiceNow. We are getting a lot of empty values from Azure AD and we can't understand why.  

 

Below is a screenshot of our group with its members. As you see, there are 2 extra users within the group and they are empty.

When I click on the edit button, we can see the ids; however, these values can't be found neither in ServiceNow nor Azure.

How can we fix this?

Hi, might it be you push nested Azure groups to ServiceNow?
