Hi Team ,
We are in Quebec release now and we have enable AI search in our instance.
We have enabled AI search in service portal as you can notice in the below screenshot
We couldn't see any difference in the portal and we want to understand if we are missing anything.
Also we couldn't access/see dashboard in our instance as snow mentioned in the docs
navigate to AI Search > AI Search Analytics > Search Index Analytics.// this path is not available.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-platform-administration/page/use/dashboards/application-content-packs/ai-search-dashboard.html
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Feddy

Hi
For OOB configuration you have to follow the below steps as well.
1. Use Copy of OOB search page
- Check if the OOB search page is customized or not, I'll prefer to create a copy of the OOB search page and reroute searched to that page. you can customize it.
2. Train NLU model
- Go to AI Search > Search Intent > Default AI Search Genius Results Model
- Train and Publish
3. Publish Search Profile
- Go to AI Search > Search Profiles > Service Portal Default Search Profile
- Publish
These steps should fix your issues.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Sagar

Hi
If you have not modified the OOB search page then it should be good.
For the error, I think it has to be something related to model sync, one of my clients faced the same error and I suggested my client create a support ticket with ServiceNow for the same.
ServiceNow fixed that however, my client didn't elaborate on the fix so can't tell you much about that.
Thanks, Sagar

Hello Feddy,
This error is thrown because the Table Vocabulary Sources linked to this NLU Model have not been synced. Please ensure you have successfully synced all Table Vocabulary Sources linked to this NLU Model, for example in this error, the Lookup Source "cityLocation", before you attempt to train the NLU Model and the error should no longer appear.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Brian
