Enable alert sound when a ticket is reflected in dashboard

Hi team,

We have a requirement where the ITILs of my group will be acted on a ticket when a ticket is assigned to our dashboard. We need to enable a notification sound when our dashboard gets new ticket. Please help if there is any possibility to fulfill this requirement in servicenow.

According to me, it  is not possible but no doubt a good and valid requirement. As of now Auto refresh is there to see the new records on Dashboard.
