Enable Export on Related Lists

We have some related lists that allow users to right-click the header bar, and Export. However some related lists do not have the Export option when right-clicking. I thought it might be a condition or role on a UI Action controlling that, but I can't seem to find anything. Where can I find the export options for related lists? Thanks!

The trick here is to right-click on the filter within the related list and select "Open in Window". Once the related list is in a new window it can be exported.

Hi Chris,

There are some related lists as shown below. On click of open in new window for these related lists, it opens all records in that table and so export applies for all records. Please let me know how export can be done for such related lists.

Hi Sreedhar. You will need to re-create the filter you right-clicked on after you open in new window. The key here is to make sure all of the necessary fields are exposed in the new window. I found this out when exporting in Discovery. One of the unexposed fields turned out to be a critical part of the filter.
