Enable Multisource CMDB (Utah)

SCENARIO:

Cloud Dimensions knows CIs in their CMDB will be updated from various discovery sources. They learned from a recent ServiceNow CMDB training class that an optional feature called Multisource CMDB exists that retains complete history about discovery sources and proposed values involved in updates of CI attributes. 

REQUIREMENT:

Being part of the Cloud Dimensions CMDB implementation team, you are tasked to activate the Multisource CMDB feature by configuring the appropriate system property and installing the correct plugin.

Why the training class does not offer instructions on which property to change and what plugins to install? Where can I find that information?
