Enable the "Add to Update Set" link

Hello dear community, I need help:

I am trying to use update set for dashboards.
I found a tutorial (https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=3d2fb54ddba49010d82ffb24399619ff) that indicates that:

1. I must create a "Local Update Set", 2. then in application menu write "pa_dashobards.list" choose the dashboard and then, 3. I must select link "Add to Update Set" shown in the picture I attached.

But this link does not appear in the instance, does anyone know how I can enable it or create it?

Thank you very much

Hello,

If you want to just to add dasboard to update set you do not have to add that field.

Just unload the dahboard it will capture everything in update set. You will find the Steps on how to do it in the below link:-

Hello Saurav: Thanks for your help.

My goal is to transfer a dashboard from a development instance to a production instance through update set. I was following the link you sent me but the problem is that in the production instance the dashboard appears empty (without the widgets).

Do you know how I can solve this problem (that the dashboard goes from a development instance to a production instance complete with all its widgets, etc)?

This is the result I get:

Hello

Ideally unload should copy all the content along with the dasboard

But even if you are not able to see the reports in dasboard they should have been moved to Prod so just use the plus sign on Dashboard to add them back

Hi,

If you want to, you could also activate the "Add to update set" plugin.

You can find it here
