Enable Watch List

There's a field for watch list which that allows notifications to other interested parties when tickets are opened. How do i 

1. enable the watch list for a specific user

or

2. is there a permission I can give the user that will give them access to the watch list

Hi @DevtoSME ,

You can create a write ACL for the watchlist field.

Is that user a part of any group or has some specific role?
