Hello All,
I have granted sn_incident_read and sn_incident_comments_write role's for user but still Additional Comments field will not show up in incident form (fullfiller view) for user to write comments . Is there an ACL required? please assist
Expected: The user want to see all the incident in list view, they should able to add comments only in additional comments field and user should not able to create new request from fulfiller view.
Thank you!

- Ensure that the user has the correct roles assigned to them: sn_incident_read and sn_incident_comments_write - Check the ACLs to ensure that the user has the correct access to the Additional Comments field - Ensure that the user has the correct view permissions to view the Additional Comments field in the incident form - Check the form layout to ensure that the Additional Comments field is visible in the fulfiller view

Hi @ramya78 The two Roles you have given to User to Update only Additional Comments will work. Please see other configuration Like ACL might be it is preventing to update Additional Comments.
