End users not able to see service, service offering field

Hi,
Created custom fields service and service offering on knowledge. Where service is reference to service table and service offering is reference to offering table. End users are not able to see this service and service offering field. Eventhough after inactivating read acls on referenced table still end users are not able to see service and service offering fields. Can anyone help me on this.

did you debug ACLs and see if which ACL is failing?
Any query BR on those 2 tables which is restricting the data
