where these oob files, customized oob files, custom files are stored in which tables?

Hi @shivaadapa
All the application files are stored in the "Application Files [sys_metadata]" table.
If you're looking for custom updates, you can check this table "Customer Updates [sys_update_xml]".
If you'd like to see different versions of update, you can have a look into the table "Update Version [sys_update_version]"
