Fulfiller users unable to see workspace list

Fulfiller users unable to see my configurable workspace list even though i have created audience and list appilcability and users have the create,write,read access to the table.can ayone help on this. Thank You

End users are not typically able to access or view Workspace directly, as it is not designed for end-user interactions. End users should use the Service Portal (or Employee Center, depending on your implementation) to submit requests, view their tickets, and interact with services.

Workspaces are generally intended for agents, fulfillers, and administrators who manage and process records.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to the instance
2. Go to Lists
3. Not lists are displayed


Root Cause
The root cause of the issue is that users without the 'canvas_user' or 'snc_external' roles are not able to see the lists on the workspaces. This is due to an internal story related to Enhanced-Security-model-Adaption for tables sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list, sys_ux_list_menu_config, sys_ux_list, sys_ux_my_list, which requires explicit roles for users to work on those entries.

Steps to Resolve
1. Ensure that users who need to access the objects have the required roles described, which include 'canvas_user' or 'snc_external' for sys_ux_list and sys_ux_my_list, and 'ui_builder_admin' or 'delegated_developer' for sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.

2) refer KB: KB2558683 Custom Lists Not Displaying in New Workspace for HR 

Resolution

I checked on the issue and found that List Applicability for custom list is missing in the instances.

I have created for the Case Reader to be visible list.

List Applicability: sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list

You can find it from the related list of the UX List:sys_ux_list
