Hi Team,
When we view an Incident record on Service Operations Workspace, we have an option to add Affected CIs from related records which works as expected - It pulls all the CIs belonging to the Incident's primary CI class however my requirement is to be able to fetch records based on other classes as well similar to how it works in native UI. In native/classic UI, we have a search box called 'Configuration Class' on the Pop-up window that appears on Add button in the Affected CIs related list and we can filter/fetch the records based on the class selected here. I want to achieve similar kind of functionality for SOW as well. Below are screenshots for reference.
Could anyone please suggest on how to achieve this? Quick help will be much appreciated. Thanks
