Enhancement number in the service portal is not showing up when an user submit the request

When a user is submitting the enhancement request from the service portal, after submitting the request it used to show the enhancement number of that request, but now it's not.The Enhancementt catalog is referencing to the Enhancement table.
I have attached the screenshot .
Earlier it used to come when an end -user used to submit the request .
Being an admin i can able to see that but not  an ITIL or snc_internal roles user can .
I have checked the ACl of that table as well.

what do you mean by earlier it was seen by non-admin?

Did you recently upgrade?

You started facing this issue after upgrade?

Yes,the instance was Upgraded.

try to debug the ACLs on the widget etc

If nothing helps then raise a case with ServiceNow.
