Can anyone help me fix below things related to integration of Service Portal with MS teams.
1. Is it possible to adujust the size/resolution of Service Portal display on the Teams? how we can adjust the screen size of Service Portal?
2. There are some content or UI difference between the Virtual Agent on MS teams and Virtual Agent on Service Portal. Why these happens. how to resolve it?
