erps be setup to send scheduled/structured reports to snow over email with standard subject for snow to process them (upload the info in a table)?

You can create a report

- Go to report

- Select Table Incident

- Untouched means NOT UPDATED

- In list view put condition updated

If already closed, means no update there, so you can add one more condition 

Active = True , so it pick only active cases.
