In my HR agent workspace I have a widget or tile which is 'My team's Unassigned cases' shows number of cases unassigned. It is showing the unassigned cases as 2 and When I click and open the list it is showing only 1 case and popping a message like "1 row is removed from this list by security constraints"
When I check the list with Admin role from Native UI It is showing only 1 unassigned case.

Please help me out on this urgently..

Hi @sravanipudota ,
Usually the error is due to an ACL that is restricting the view.
Check if there are HR Specific roles required to see the record.
