Error - Access denied to create new email in flow designer servicenow

Hi all,

 

 For 2 of my flow designer Send Email is not working after the Vancouver update. It was working fine earlier. I have set the property run as the "User who initiates the session" "itil" role. I tried to run it as a "System user" also it's not working. Please find the below screenshots for reference.  Please help me on this issue.
