Error constructing REST Message/Method in server side widget script

Hi Team,

We are using one rest message call within the server script on portal widget as below:

But when we debug, we are getting "Error constructing REST Message/Method" error on console screen and this line is not executing.

Note: This Rest message is defined/created in a scoped application (customer service), and the rest message calling widget is in global application

Is this because of that?

 

Can someone please help me on this?
