Error in SOW

Hello, I am in SOW impersonating one of the users and every time I create new Interaction, new Incident or clicking on some icons like attachments, I am getting this error message -

Does anybody know what this error mean and how to make it go away? Thanks!

Hi @tindiz 

 

When 1 or more user view the same record ( inc/change etc) then it get set from user presence. The issue may be some ACL breaking for this user. 

 

Compare this user with similar nature user role and also chek ACL on the presence table.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG thanks for the input, but why that error is not coming up when I am on SOW as admin. It is just showing up for those users that aren't admin. Any solution we can do for this?

My thought say, you are admin so your role has been added in that ACL.
