What is the cause of the error message, which seems to be an error message in the processing of the script include “HR_MLPortalUtilsSNC”?
It appears to be an OOTB script include.

What should we do about it?

Looks like the HR_MLPortalUtilsSNC is querying an ML model which it couldn't find. Try training the ML models and see if it fixes the issue.
