Hi Team,

I am getting the below error while creating an incident in Flow Designer.

Error - error occurred while inserting record: Error during insert of incident

Does anyone have any idea how we can resolve it?

Hi @Nikhil63,

Can you please check in the flow properties, what is the value set in for 'Run as':

If it is 'User who initiates session', try changing it to 'System User' and run the flow again. This issue usually happens due to insufficient roles assigned to the user from whom the flow is getting triggered.
