Adobe Sign Spoke Issue

We have installed and configured the Adobe Sign Spoke version 2.3.0 using instructions found here. I am running into an issue where when trying to retrieve documents via the Get Documents related link, the 'Get Documents Per Group' flow is indicating "Invalid username or password/token or the token has expired." on the Get Library Documents step. Digging in a bit further, I am seeing the Response Body indicate "{"code":"NO_AUTHORIZATION_HEADER","message":"Authorization header not provided"}".

Going back to the OAuth Credentials record, I can see that the refresh token is available and not expired.

I'm not sure where to look next to pinpoint the issue. I appreciate any assistance. Thanks!

Did you make sure that "Authorization URL" field on Application Registry (oauth_entity) table has a value in it? I see it's non-mandatory field, so chances are that we could skip it during the OAuth Configuration process.
