error on the flow in DocuSign integration

Hi all
We are integrating DocuSign with ServiceNow, we have installed the spoke.
Copied the OOTB flow and updated as per our process and while testing this is the error we are facing

and when I go back to the connection and click on 'edit and get Oauth token' it asks for Docusign login, same as the first time. Once logs in then come back to flow and trigger it, it starts working normal again.

The manually fetched token will be of 8 hours validity and we also have another token with like 100 days of expiry.
How can I fix this?

Hi @Rahul Raja Sami 

 

  • Navigate to System OAuth > Application Registry,
  • open your third-party OAuth entity application,
  • locate the OAuth Entity Scopes related list, and
  • add a new entry for offline_access
