A scoped app I was developing was removed during a clone to our dev environment. When I attempt to re-create the app in ServiceNow Studio, I receive the following error:
"This scope is already taken by another application"
It appears that while the app was removed, the previous scope was left in place. What would be the best way to resolve the issue?
Thanks!

Scopes are recorded in a common system for all customers. You are going to have to log a case with Support to get it removed so you can recreate it.

ServiceNow support suggested that the app be deleted from the Application Repository, which can be done by following the instructions here:

Check if you see the application in the dropdown and then click on show selected application. And then check if you can delete it. If not, you can always create the app with a slightly different name.
