Error to fetch file from the server

Hello All,

We have an requirement to fetch the .csv files from the server. Generally SFTP connection using Public key in data source is not supported in ServiceNow. So we have tried using Username and password. Still we are facing an issue to fetch data. Please see ss.

@shloke04 We have not used MID Server.
