error when upgrading to WashingtonDC

hi, i am trying to upgrade from vancouver to washington and i repeatedly get the error: could not return last persisted date time because no version found in upgrade_center_metadate

do you know how to fix it?

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then check again?

Try to repair the plugin of Upgrade and the try, or it can be cache issue, but try to plugin repair.
