Error with order guide variable assignment

Hello,

 

We're recently set up an order guide with some variable assignment as part of the rule base.  We're getting an error with a specific field.  On each of the items there is a date field that is filled through the variable assignment. The field shows that is is completed and the mandatory mark is no longer red, but for some reason we are still getting an error that the field isn't filled. I've included a screen shot below.   There is no UI policy or client script that I can find that is affecting this field.   If we click the field and select the same date, the error stops even though it's the same information.

I looked for that property but it is either hidden or not created. 

 

Just in case, I created it and set to true,  but it unfortunately did not fix the issue.

I see, then its best to create a case with ServiceNow
