ESG Workspace - Cannot Approve Metric data tasks

Hello,

When I'm trying to submit or approve metric data tasks from the ESG workspace, I have the following message: "No tasks are selected". However, there is no way to select a task.

Does anyone already get this issue? How to fix it?

Hi Liset, I am also facing the same issue. Did you find the solution for the problem?

Yes, ServiceNow support shared the solution :

"You have to hold the CNTRL key down when selecting."
