Hi, is there a good documentation on how configure the EVAM for Virtual Agent? I'm trying to customize from the display of the search results to navigation action. For example, I don't want a URL to show for a catalog item genius result, instead, I'd like to order it within the conversation.
This is the only resource I can find for this, but there is not enough info.
