In the subtopic widget, subtopics are not showing even after mapping related connected content to the topic.

I haven’t seen any restrictions with the language on articles. However, you should only see articles that are in the same language that you have set for your default language (being able to search on multiple languages and find those articles is a system property that is enabled). If you change the article language back to what they were originally, then update your language from EC profile to match, you should see those articles.

@Ceanna Can you please look into this issue..
In Sub-Topics widgets, sub topics are not coming, there are 6-7 subtopics are there and for each topic I mapped active knowledge articles, out of 6-7, I'm able to see only 2 sub topics.. I'm not able to understanding what was the issue with remaining articles.. all articles are in same knowledge base and same category and same state tooo.

Hi @Sathwik1,
Can you impersonate someone else to see if they subtopics will appear? If that does not work, please do the following:
- Make sure the topics/subtopics are active
- Make sure the mapped content is to the topic that is associated with your employee center or mobile app (i.e., validate the Taxonomy of the topic that isn't showing, but expected to). There is an OOB Taxonomy, and leading practice is to clone that one to make updates. If you have a cloned or new Taxonomy, it's easy to map to the wrong topic if there are multiple ones with same name, but in different Taxonomies.
- Do you have access to the content that is mapped there?
- Is it only Knowledge articles that are mapped to the topic? If so, I have seen where they will not show up, if the article does not have a "Language" value populated on the article.

Thank you so much for responding..
Checked by impersonating, still it didn't worked.
1. Topics/Sub Topics are active
2. Properly mapped
3. Yes I had
4. Language field is filled for all the knowledge articles.. yes only knowledge articles are showing.

- Can you add a catalog item or quick link just as a test to see if the subtopics will appear?
- Has the Sub-Topics widget been customized? If you aren't sure how to do this quickly, as admin, on an EC topic page click "Ctrl" and right-click mouse at the same time (this is on MacBook, not sure about Windows) > select "Show Widget Customizations". If it's green boxes around it, it is OOB and not customized.

1. When I add quicklink, then I can see sub topic
2. No, we didn't do customizations for the sub topic widget, but I could see it's in RED column.. based on that I can say some customisations done on Angular provider but nothing at widget level.
