even after posting additional comment on self service portal the value is not being cleared in box

even after posting comments (additional comment) on self-service portal, the value is not being cleared on additional comments box

this is happening only for ITIL role users not for admin users that too only for RITM's not for INC's.

Is this a cloned customized widget, or the OOB one?

If cloned, what modifications have been done? does it work with the OOB one?

If OOB widget, have you reached out to support to see if there is a known error for this one?

No customization has been made. it's completely OOB. We are yet to raise case.
