Is there a Event management connector plugin for developer instance? how do i activate the plugin?

I want to create a custom push connector , how do i do it on developer instance?

Hi,

Log in as an admin, navigate "Plugins" and install "Event Management Connectors", "Event Management Core", and any others related to Event Management.
