Exact match is not working for the incident using the different workspace,

whenever searching the incident using the global search, we are getting details and when I click on that incident is opening ausual, But when i change to different workspace ex: se it workspace, it is giving results when i click on that nothing is happening.

yes it is a custom workspace

I'm not 100% sure—it might require some configuration with Search and Workspace. Please check the Global Search configuration that was done for the SOW OOTB setup
