Hello,
I had a working integration between ServiceNow and Microsoft Exchange, but it recently stopped functioning. In the HTTP logs, I am seeing the following error: Proxy web request failed
This integration was working earlier without any issues. Here’s what I have checked so far:
- The MID Server is up and running.
- No recent changes were made to the ServiceNow instance or MID Server configuration.
- Exchange credentials are still valid
Has anyone encountered a similar issue where an Exchange integration suddenly stopped working? Are there any specific troubleshooting steps or logs I should focus on?
Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
