exclude externals from discussion

We have a requirement to exclude external users from all the notifications. We recently figured it was sending the email notifications to external users matching with the common name like a user with name - James Cameron can have 5 user profiles and some of our scripts are written to get the name instead of the user ID or email address.

Hello Jofen,

Please modify the logic in scripts to get the exact user to whom it is intended to send notification or don't add user who has 'snc_external' role.
