Exercise in UI Builder course will not complete

I completed the UI Builder course and there is one exercise that will not complete (see image), which does not allow for course completion. The page (image 2) is a very short description on an Experience with three screenshots and not much else. I've tried clearing browser cache, different browsers (Edge, Chrome) and testing each screenshot for hidden links or more related content to fulfill the exercise completion. Is this worthy of a ticket, or does anyone have any feedback on this one?

Funny thing, if I select Washington DC version and click through the course, it completes. Not sure on this bug for the Xanadu course exercises.
