How do I export the ATF test & the results for support to troubleshoot.
It is very tedious and time consuming to capture screenshots on the steps configuration.
There is also chances that steps may easily more than 100. It just dont make sense.

The best way to send information for support troubleshooting of ATF
0. Navigate to Filter Navigator > Search " Local Update Set"
1. Create an update set and make it current.
2. Open the ATF test which needs to be captured and click on 'Copy Test' ('Copy test suite' for a suite).
3. Once the process is finished, a copy of the ATF test (or suite) and all its test steps will be captured in the update set.
4. Navigate back to the "Local Update Set" > Set the State to "Complete"
5. On the Related Link : Select Export to XML and it will download the XML for you.
6, Run the test to reproduce your issue.
7. You may then want to send the test results or the logs over.
Hope that helps for people who face difficult in troubleshooting ATF

Yes, it matters @Suryanto1 .
The reason is that if you explain in more detail, there are experts in the community who can guide you in a better way. It's like not telling a doctor your exact symptoms and expecting them to prescribe the correct medication. If you think a one-liner will help the community guide you, let's wait and see
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
