Export option missing from List view

Whenever I view a list of any table, I do not see the option to export that list. The screenshots should help understand what I'm referring to.

The roles that I've are as follows:

Can you go to UI context menu and check whether it is active?

Is this happening for all the tables? can you clear caches.do and try?
