Q5. Is it possible to export the catalog Variables data filled by users from the Variable Editor. Right now I can export data in Catalog task , all data except data in varible editor to excel sheet. Please suggest.

Hi,
Yes this can be done. Please follow the below steps to export the Variable data filled in by the Users:
1) Create a New Report on the Requested Item Table and on the Right Side of the Report Page as highlighted below in the screen shot from the Available Column Select "Variables" option.
2) After clicking on the Variable option, click on the "+" sign as shown in the below screen shot to select the Catalog Item and the Name of the Variable which you want to export in an excel:
3) Once you click on the "+" sign, you will get an Popup to Select the Catalog Item. Please select the desired Catalog Item. Once selected all the List of Variables present for that catalog Item will be displayed in the "Available" column and now you can Select the Desired Variables to the Right side in the "Selected" column and Run the Report as shown below:
Once the Report has been generated, right Click on the Result header and click "Export to Excel" as shown below:
