Export to pdf new record

When I try to export to pdf with new record it gives me empty, I want to export the fields for the new record.
the reason is I want to send the PDF to someone else to fill the data and then someone well fill the data in the system

Export PDF  feature is to export the data from servicenow database either in the form view or list view.

If you are trying to export the data which is not even present in the database, then you'll get only the blank record.

To import the data manually into servicenow, better you can go with excel/CSV template. Share the template with the user and ask them to fill. Once they filled the details you can simply import that into ServiceNow using simple import feature.
