Export to PDF No Longer Available for User

Have a user that is our app owner on the customer side and does all the UAT for this app.  When he opens up a record, the ability to export that record to PDF doesn't appear in his menu.  All the documentation I find says that he can simply right-click in the header and select Export -> PDF (Portrait).  As an admin I see it.  But he swears that it used to be there.

Found the issue.  Another developer had written a Client Script for another app that was using the same table.
