Note: As part of the Yokohama release (EA on 30th Jan), we are deprecating the SharePoint Online Search Connector and replacing it with a new, Raytion-based External Content Connector (version 1.0.9) application. Refer to the External Search Connector article for details around license and plugin requirements.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG
I have followed the same documentation steps, but still unable to get it to work.
It seems to have inconsistent behaviour everytime. Even after full crawls it does not return results, sometimes the crawls fail, sometimes the crawls even do not start.
We have been trying this as a POC for long now, just wanted to get an idea if anyone else in the community has successfully implemented this in the past
Thanks

Hi @Abdul Munim Kha ,
I have implemented it successfully.
The crawls were completed and the indexing were done properly.
The permissions as per the document really matters here. Please follow the steps from SN doc for app registration in entra application. Here the Servicenow connector application explicitly looks for these roles User.Read.All and Groupmembers.read.All . So please don't assign alternate roles which holds the same access. And at point 5.f the thumbprint should be converted to base64-encoded version and then to be configured with ServiceNow application.[This one I have missed and corrected it later].
if you are proceeding with sites. Selected permission. the site owner should grant the permission. You can follow the docs or you can check with the SharePoint team within your organization. Reference ServiceNow Doc
For the configurations at ServiceNow side , refer this https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-administration/page/administer/ai-search/ta...
Once the user crawl is completed, you can find the user crawls.
You can find the indexed source created.
Link the indexed source with the corresponding search profile. Publish it.
Finally you will be able to see the results.
Note: If your crawl fails, we have to investigate the crawl failure messages.
Thanks!
