external user cannot access dashboard in portal

I have used a dashboard on the portal but when i impersonate with an end user it is showing me "security constraints prevent access to requested page".

I have provided necessary role to the end user and shared the dashboard but still same issue.

Hi Jyoti,

As per design external users are not allowed to view any details on the portal. External users are considered external to organization and should be restricted with organizations data.

Hi @Jyoti Tripathi ,

You'd have to check the ACLs for those tables. Are snc_external users able to see incidents and requests? If not...should they? You'd need to look at or create a "read" ACL for those tables.
