I created a custom table that extends Case [customerservice_case] table, and created a read ACL to allow external users to view it.
However, the external users still cannot view the records on the data table widget in CSM Portal.
Is there any OOTB ACL to restrict access to the custom tables extending Case table? If so, please let me know what it is and how to make the custom table accessible.
Best Regards,
Aki

You need to create an ACL for table access and read only. These are just for viewing purposes only. If you've provided an ACL just for read purposes it won't be enough.
Don't hesitate to click the Thumbs up button if this helps.
