CSM Portal is configured to allow users with snc_external role to view the portal. But whenever external users login to CSM portal, they can only see a blank page with text saying "security contraints prevent access to requested page".
I found a workaround to allow users to view the portal by setting the $sp to active but $sp portal has to be set to active everytime after user login.
I looking for an alternate solution for this issue.
