Hi all, I am importing data through excel sheet in ServiceNow but since 2 hours it showing like this, What to do please help

Hello,
How much data is there in your excel which you are trying to load?
Is it very large chunk of data?
Also these may be the reasons of the slow Import set : link.
Please cancel the transaction and check your records and try again.

Can you please share the details of that record with test values and column values.
I will test that on my PDI.
Also is there any slowness in your instance , or are you facing in opening or accessing another application.
Please check stats once and nodes of your instance.

Did you try to login from another browser and check import set started? or stuck or any error?
