Facing issue with the multiple view on form

Hi All,
When I am opening a form, I am getting the double view issue. Attached the image for same
How to fix this issue?

seems the form section got duplicated.

Did you check in the Configure -> Form layout

check this KB

Duplicate forms or form configuration issues with Sections or Elements after committing update sets ... 

also check this link

Form designer is duplicating sections

Yeah @SanikaK It can be a form layout issue. Check by "Configure-> form layout"

Hello @SanikaK ,

 

Please navigate to Sytem UI > Forms to get to the sys_ui_form table. Find the record where "Table = sn_cim_register" and View is the view where the issue is happening.

 

Now check the "Form Sections" list of that form. Looking at your screen shot there might be an additional "Improvement initiative" section here, which is the duplicate. Remove it or anything else that is duplicated here.

Look like a cache issue, try to use cache.do

 

also check the view rules if still issue, log a now support case.
